PLAN promotes justice in Arizona by building community trust and power with immigrant-led organizations to advance the rights of immigrants and their families. We are thrilled to share that because of the support of generous sponsors, a third staff member, a dedicated immigration attorney, Hugo Polanco, started in March 2023. We are so excited to have him join our team and grow our three program areas: immigration legal services, community building, and narrative change.

PLAN is the only organization dedicated to providing free legal services to low-income, non-detained immigrant adults facing deportation in Maricopa County. With 2 staff members. We served 50 immigrants. From 12 different countries. 52% have been in the US for 10+ years. 46% are parents. 34% are LGBTQ+. Approximately 200 people served at community clinics. 16 work permits received. 3 granted lawful status

Special thanks to: Women's Foundation for the State of Arizona, Arizona Community Foundation, Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy, Pakis Family Foundation, our 2022 annual sponsors, and to all of our donors! You make all this possible. Want to see
